Russman Start time: 7pm Set-up: Raven's nest-normal everyday setup, except high-top tables do not need the chairs for the dance [we will keep all of the tables in the ravens nest and use the skinny rectangle ones that are already in the flex theatre. we will also need all 9 of the high top tables but not the chairs that go with them]
Commons: 2-4 Round Tables NO chairs at the sides/corners of the room; We also need a stage with access to electric outlets within 30 feet; Flex theatre-Long tables at the entrance of the flex for coat check; Event entrance-Long tables at the entrance of the school to collect tickets.*Diagram will be provided* Tech needs: Commons-2 mics and if Mr. Carter needs anything Raven's Nest tech: Screen and projection with sound-Tracy will use her own laptop.
